Joseph and Ann Roberts

Hi,

I was just wondering if anyone had any information on an Ann Roberts that was born in 1804 and baptised at Sheffield Cathedral, I have found two baptism records stating her mother was an Ann Roberts (Widow) but interestingly on one of the records it looks like father named as Joseph Roberts but then he’s been crossed out. I’m not sure if he died whilst Ann was pregnant or if there’s some other story.

I’d really like to find out who the Ann that was married to Joseph was.

Thier daughter Ann (b.1804), who is my 4 x Great Grandmother married a William Bellhouse and then my 4 x Great Grandfather Charles Styring.

Any help would be much appreciated
