I’m trying to track the parents of one of my ancestors (Jacob Hill). There is no evidence of his existence until the 1841 census. In this he is listed as being 19 and an apprentice and staying with Edward Guest’s family who it is believed he is apprenticed to. Is there anyway of finding / checking the apprenticeship records at this time?
