In anticipation of a resolution to the Covid19 situation we are arranging a day trip by coach to the National Memorial Arboretum at Alrewas on 26th June 2021. Whilst the military aspect of the NMA is obvious there are also gardens dedicated to pre/neonatal deaths, the Home Front, Bevan Boys, the Burma Railway and much more.  Details may be found on their website. For those who find walking difficult there is a road train which goes around the site providing a commentary on the various memorials; it is fairly inexpensive.  The NMA itself is free so the price for the day will be approximately £12 per person which is certainly good value.
