  My ancestor was a glassmaker/glasscutter and is shown in a trade directory as based at Shiloh Wheel in Stanley Street, Sheffield. Can anyone tell me what this was? Thank you.

  I think it was a grinding workshop/ works. There are a few references to it in the British Newspaper Archive.
