Looking to trace William EYRE, born about 1808 at Ecclesfield and who married Anne RODGER at St Mary’s Ecclesfield in 1831.
I have found William in the 1841, 1851, and 1871 censuses until his death in 1875. He was an agricultural labourer, and illiterate.
The EYRE family were prominent in Ecclesfield, but I have no details on who William’s parents were. I would appreciate any assistance or guidance on how to proceed.
